Do you provide international shipping?

How much will shipping be for international customers for the 2023 planners and what is the time-frame?

Please note the following prices are all International TRACKED Royal Mail shipping and are based on the purchase of ONE planner. Prices will vary if multiple planners are purchased or if notepads are purchased as opposed to yearly planners.

EUROPE: £9 (within 3-7 working days)

IRELAND (REPUBLIC): £14 (Guaranteed next day delivery) - Parcelforce

AUSTRALIA + NEW ZEALAND: £15 (within 5-10 working days)

REST OF WORLD: £13 (within 5-10 working days)

Also note: The timeframes do not include bank holidays or weekends.

When will orders dispatch?

Usually, the dispatch timeframe is between 1-2 working days. If orders are placed after 5pm GMT, they will most likely be dispatched the following day.

For the 2023 planner launch, orders placed on launch day will be dispatched on Friday and Saturday to ensure we get the planners out quickly and swiftly as possible.

I am based internationally/in Europe, which currency will I be charged in?

Products and shipping is charged in GBP (£).

Who is responsible for customs and duty fees?

Please be aware that some countries will ask for you to pay additional fees for customs or a duty for products imported from the UK. Please double check if any additional fees associated with duty or customs apply to your country as Qyro Plan will not be responsible for additional costs concerning customs, duty or tax fees. 

To reiterate, we are also not responsible for any customs fees. Customers from the European Union, please purchase with the new customs fees in mind. We cannot refund the shipping cost to you in refusing this charge once a parcel is returned to us. Customers are responsible for the parcel’s return, refunds can only be processed upon the receipt of the parcel.

Return and Refund Policy

Do you accept returns?

Yes! We offer returns if you are not 100% happy with your order. To start the return, we have a contact form on the site where you can input your name, order number and type in ‘RETURN’. This step is a MUST to ensure we can log your return.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Please keep any proof of postage. We advise getting a tracked label to ensure that we receive the item. We cannot be responsible for any items lost in the post. 

You have up to 14 days to return the item in its original state. 

To reiterate: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee and for the parcel’s return itself. We cannot issue you a full refund until we receive the item, so we recommend TRACKED shipping for peace of mind.

How long do you have to return the item?

From the point of delivery, you have 14 days to return any item brought from us.

There's an issue with my product. What can I do?

Please email us at: info@qyroplan.com so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify the problem.

How long will it take for my refund to come through?

Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will immediately issue you a full refund if the product is unused. Any concerns with the state of the product will be communicated via email. Please note that it can take a few working days before the refund shows up in your account.
